It does everything well. But after less than 2 months it started rumbling. Tried to get warranty support but instead they send an email of generic info
Sound resolved on its own... it shouldnt do that brand new.
I doubt it will last very long.

I had to replace my washer and dryer about a month ago and was not happy. But I am very happy with this one. It is attractive. Has all the options I will ever need. The sensor seems very accurate. Im thrilled with the capacity. I can dry even my dogs bed. So far Im very pleased with my purchase. And I love the song at the end of the cycle.

I just bought this dryer and every load of clothes is wrinkled and needs ironing. Despite using wrinkle guard feature and not overloading the machine and removing clothes promptly. I have never had a dryer with this problem.

Based on the terrific reviews I recently purchased and all is seemingly well. We purchased the washer and drier to replace those that were getting quite old in our condo. One of our issues is that they do not connect to wi-fi as advertised but not a deal breaker. We never had it before so living without it is OK but as a closet techie I wonder why it does not work.

I bought a month ago. Dries well. I find the control panel non intuitive and both online and paper manual unhelpful. How do you set just a timed dry??? Really miss having an interior light to find lost socks.

It has been just 3 weeks that I bought my stackable washer and dryer.
I already purchased this machines in my old house and I wouldnt buy anything else Reliable heavy duty and now with the Wi-Fi connectivity I have been reminded to go and pick my clothes from the dryer I am a very forgetful person

Large quiet efficient and almost smart. Handles everything thrown into it with little effort and lots of care. However not very smart. Always starts from the same position. Have to spin the dial EVERY TIME. Does not remember last cycle. Does not save customized cycles.

I bought this LG front load washer right after Christmas. I had been doing research since my previous front load was 14 years old It was ranked high for anti-vibration. It handles my super thick bath towels without any shake or shimmy I have always used cold water wash for most loads however there isnt a preset choice for that option. The ThinQ app allows you to create a preset for download. The ThinQ app was difficult to connect with. I tried on 4 different days frustration I finally had success after watching several YouTube posts each with different hints. I am overall pleased with this purchase.

We bought this in June 2022 and have had nothing but problems from the very beginning. Clothes on the Delicates cycle always finish damp never dry yes we had plenty of clothes in the dryer for the sensor to work. Clothes in other cycles are dry way before the timer is done anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes from finish. Checked clothes with 10 or more minutes to go and they are extremely hot and dry - not good for fabrics. We even let the dryer continue to see if it would finish earlier than what the panel said but it continued to the end of the minutes shown on the panel. I finally called for repair and am waiting for the technician to replace some parts. I have my doubts this will make any difference though because these issues have been going on since we bought the dryer new. Our dryer also included the WiFi feature but it is totally useless for us and like a bad joke.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Within a year the paint was chipping where the door closes. LG would not fix it and said cosmetic is not under warranty. They dont back up there products. I will not purchase this product or another LG washer or dryer. They dont stand by their products.

Ive had this dryer 45 days and its okay - just okay. Even on the highest setting it doesnt dry a load completely. Theres not enough versatility in the different load settings or the ability to alter them. There isnt a light inside the dryer. There isnt an indicator light on the outside of the dryer to remind you that a load of hopefully dry clothes is sitting there. Yes I get an end of cycle message on my watch but its easy to forget if youre busy. So its just okay.

I bought this dryer DLE3600W about two months ago. Compared a few different manufactures and LG was more available in this area. I like the dryer since it is quiet. My concerns are repairability and reliability. Old WP one was very easy to fix by myself. There seems to be two technology advances. One been the more detailed cycles and the other is the app. I wonder if the detailed cycles are more restrictive of what I put in the wash. The app seems to be a monitoring device and has more adds and reminders than anything else. I just want to be able to monitor dryer add time from the app and get diagnostics in case of a repair. All the adds and reminders are ridiculous.Hope repairs in the future will be nonexistent or very easy fixes in the future.I think I would still recommend this dryer until we go back to an all mechanical system when is a more consumer friendly. :-

Ive already submitted a review for the matching washer. As I said this LG dryer and washer combo are remarkable products so far. This LG combo has every SMART technology feature my wife and I need. We are in our 70s and werent looking for a washer and dryer with bells and whistles. We just wanted something plain simple and of good quality. But almost everything that interested us had some kind of SMART technology. We decided on LG because we already have several LG products that we are content with. After installation I added the washer/dryer combo to our home network to use the SMART features. Wow this combo delivers in every wayso easy to use so quiet so efficient so intelligent We are highly impressed with the items and I believe they offer outstanding features at a very reasonable price. The wife has always taken care of the laundry during our 45 years of marriage. I like the washer and dryer combo and the features so much that I want to assume our laundry washing duties. This washer/dryer combo will satisfy anybodys needsIm sure of that. They are truly outstanding products

I recently replaced the W/D set that was in the vacation condo we purchased. I have LG W/Ds at home. They have lasted many years 2007. Made it through raising the kids. Recently the washer was done for so I replaced it with the WM3600HWA the match to this dryer. I was able to reuse the storage pedestal I originally purchased and the dryer which has never needed one single repair is still going strong after 15 years. It was an easy choice to purchase matching front load W/Ds for the other place. This dryer with the matching washer and I did opt for the ADA pedestals to give the units a little lift to make them easier reach.
All my kitchen appliances and TVs/Sound systems are LG. They tie into the phone app making it easy to control monitor and modify settings except for the older dryer. Couldnt be happier. Extremely happy with LG their application of technology and reliability makes it enjoyable to use these wonderful additions to the home.

I purchased this washer because it received high scores for energy efficiency water efficiency and predicted reliability from Consumer Reports. While I cant directly measure energy and water use I can the machine is leaving my clothes clean and spinning them to the point where they dont require much time in the dryer.

I am enjoying my dryer and it does a nice job drying clothes. I also like the ThinQ features and the ability to download custom modes. On a separate note I ordered a washer at the same time that arrived not working. The customer service experience Ive had with that is absolutely horrible. I would suggest not buying direct from lg.com if youre looking for a good customer service experience.

Dont like the sensor dry everything usually damp still. Wish I could lock in the washer so cold tap water is fine all the time instead of having to set it every time. Only use speed dry TO TTOTALLY DRY CLOTHES

I bought my set 6 months ago. My dryer has been out of commission for over three weeks now. It runs but does not heat up. LG cant find a service repairman in my area. We researched washers and dryers through Consumers Report before purchasing and LG got good reviews so maybe I just got a lemon. Still waiting to have this resolved.

This dryer has been a fantastic upgrade over our previous dryer. Much quieter faster dry times and the lint trapping system is much more effective. The only issue we have is a little bit of dirt build up on the suction of the door near the lint trap. Not an issue with a routine wipe down after a weeks worth of loads.
