the stove looks great. the stove top takes time to heat up, but is cooks well once heated. convection oven is baking and cooking well, i learned through googling to deduct 25 degrees from recipe. my biggest complaint is the air fryer, we made chicken wings, had to google the instructions. if you do not want your house smoked out and smelling like chicken for two days , i suggest not using. we had a drip pan, but the smoke was pretty heavy, smoke alarm did go off. we had the fan on #4 (high) the entire time. the fan is actually really strong, happy with that. my last complaint is you spend all this money and get a user manual on how to plug in, clean the first time before use, etc. no manual to tell you how to use the air fryer, convection mode, etc.

Unsafe product, customer service mislead us,

using the oven, the metal around burner top gets searing hot; can't touch it without burning yourself. totally unsafe. samsung scheduled a technician who confirmed that the range is within manufacturer's specification/ not defective. we contacted samsung for a return to get the unsafe item out of the house. because of the wait for the samsung technician, the 48 hrs return policy is expired. we feel cheated and mislead. now we pay a restocking fee of 15% with homedpeot on a family -unsafe product and are angry at poor/misleading customer support by samsung. will cancel our fridge order that we are still waiting on.

Terrible stove, terrible support

the owner of my apartment bought this stove and days after it was delivered feb 22 , i could not get the burners to work properly. they cut out within less than a minute, before the burner was warm, and would not go back on. on your advice, we re-set the burners by turning all of them to high, which worked briefly. then it got worse and more burners went out. your rep kept saying it was a problem with the pans which makes no sense when some burners work and others don't. your service center rescheduled twice because they were waiting for a part and on march 15 postponed til the part came in. now they just called and said you samsung updated the ticket to say service was no longer needed. you sold a faulty product and are not making it right.

Dead after three months

the paint of the knobs is removing with less 4 months of use. really bad quality of the material, the cooktop scratches easily. who response for this now? my range looks so bad!!!

Unable to boil water and clock not working

i am unable to boil water and clock does not keep time. i called about my issue and samsung sent a contractor to fix issue. the person used a timer on his phone to time the burners turning on and off, called samsung and they said the stove was working properly. he would not look at clock because that was not identified as an issue at time of complaint to samsung. he would not even check to see if the cord was installed properly to determine if it was a power issue. i called samsung back and was told its working properly even though the clock is not working???? i asked to escalate and was told i would get a call in 24 hours but still waiting. i am using an electric tea kettle to boil water and am so scared i am out of luck. i should have purchased locally now i'm powerless.

Horrible oven

i can't begin to express how disappointed i am with this oven. cooks unevenly, cycles constantly, very slow cooking which eats up my power. true test was my christmas baking. i had to eventually take everything to my daughter's who owns a 15 yr. old bare bones basic oven & it ran circles around this thing. would love my money back to get a quality stove

i bought this range two moths ago and have tried every feature. everything works perfectly. i particularly love the oven. i make a lot if bread and i am always happy with the results. my t day turkey was beautifully browned on the outside, moist in the inside. and the oven is so big.highly recommend it!!!
